Christy Walowit, MS, RDN has a background in medical nutrition therapy, diabetes care, and disordered eating recovery. Christy is committed to creating an affirming space where you can explore your health and relationship with food free from guilt, shame, or judgment.
Christy is a Registered Dietitian (also known as "Registered Dietitian Nutritionist") practicing in the United States and Hong Kong. With over 10 years of experience in multiple education settings, Christy is also passionate about developing and delivering engaging nutrition courses and educational content.
In their free time, Christy enjoys playing viola, trail running, listening to Cantopop, and befriending cats!
